Session 1: A comprehensive review of the 2024 Business Plan & Progress. This included a presentation of the 2024 Business Plan, updates on the remaining activities for the year, and discussions on the IGCN Management & Operations Guide, as well as IGCN Policy & Procedures. We also received valuable feedback from the IGCN VP Board of Management on our ongoing initiatives.
Session 2: Strategic Planning for 2025, focusing on aligning our future goals with global frameworks like the UNGC directions for 2025. The session also explored IGCN’s 2025 Strategic Initiatives and set priorities for the year ahead, ensuring that we are positioned to make a meaningful impact.
