The third module of the UN Global Compact Climate Ambition Accelerator Asia Track, focusing on "Emissions Management," officially commenced with facilitated online sessions on "Managing GHG Emissions." on 10-11 September 2024.

These sessions aimed to recap and debrief the self-learning and on-demand modules from the UN Global Compact Academy. Participants engaged in discussions about lessons learned, common challenges, and opportunities related to greenhouse gas emissions management. They also had the chance to interact with technical experts from WSP Global, including Dayna Surlan, Sam Warren, and Ruben Christians.
The learning journey continues with upcoming on-demand and peer-learning sessions centered on the Science-Based Targets (SBT) Business Case. Participants will explore concrete actions taken by companies to achieve SBTs and share experiences regarding regional examples of sustainable procurement strategies and supply chain engagement.
